The Tech world was amazed when the transistor was invented.
Eventually so-called Chips came along comprising a whole bunch of transistors.
The Chip capacity grew, and I'm guessing, progressively to hundreds and thousands of transistors in a single Chip.
It is very hard to imagine how a million transistors could be created in one Chip, unless it was physically huge.
As I don't keep track of this stuff perhaps the billion was reached?
Here I am truly astonished at 4 trillion... Interesting Engineering

That is mind boggling!
If an AI is created using these chips and it goes a direction we do not want to go, what chance do we have to out think it?
