A friend of Adam's (our son) gave him a couple of lobster tails a couple of weeks ago, they have family who lives down the south east and get them for nothing Our local pub has a social this month called "the king Neptune" a 250gm steak, half a lobster tail and a prawn skewer served with garlic mashed potato This gave me an idea and I made our own, Brenda eats neither steak nor lobster so this was a meal for the boys Oh oh happy days, it was lover-lyy

Frank,
I just can't get my head around mixing steak and seafood
It just doesn't seem right - but perhaps it is wonderful
What was for dessert? Icecream and beetroot?

Yes Frank you did a good job. It's personal taste but after 49 years as a chef I am with OT,I have cooked many a combination of the two but myself have never liked the taste. For me the seafood taste doesn't compliment the char grilled thick juice New york cut Sirloin, my partner loves them but not me.

I don’t mind a bit of reef and beef.
