LPG is unaffected so caravans are safe.

That's hardly news. The prohibitions are only on new installations connected to the natural gas supplies. We don't use natural gas in our vans. Why would you have thought it was going to effect caravanners?

Unless you meant... why would it be of any interest to caravanners i.e why post at all?

Not being Mexican, but rather a crow eater, all I'd heard is that they were banning gas in Vic. I actually did wonder which gas, or both?
For me, this clears it up. Not sure that I agree with it or think it's a good idea. It seems to me that they're doing the big multinational power providers a big favour.
