Ian,
Between the centre of the wheels, from the ground to the top edge of the body (roof) 9' 5" or 2.9 metres
Add 2" for solar panels.
Air-con an estimated 9" above roof so 9' 5" + 9" = 10' 2" or 3.1 metres.

Gerry,
I thought the same about the taps risk. However these are very well designed and built vans so I figure that aspect has been considered/tested.
Yes, this is a serious self-contained off-roader. See earlier pics. I climbed onto the front box (holds the BBQ) and counted 6 solar panels on the roof.
I also measured the van height and length. From spare tyres on the rear to the coupling is a tad over 30 feet long.
I looked up the specs and those water tanks hold 95 litres each.
Re " From spare tyres on the rear to the coupling is a tad over 30 feet long" I suggest that its water taps are the least of the problems! And as for taking it seriously off-road . . . Collyn

Collyn,
I refer to the design go-anywhere 'intent'.
Cruisemaster ATX suspension, high ground clearance and quite large tyres.
The practicalities of implementation are matters for the owner

I put a guard on my tank outlets and had to replace it in a heavier gauge one. If that is called off road it is cos they haven't actually done a trip on rock strewn roads. But its all a learning curve really.
The workmanship looks great.

As many would know, there was an RV expo in Melbourne last week.
caravanshow.com.au/Home
I know senior management at Titanium and they had a fancy stand and hoped to get around 15 orders to justify their stand.
titaniumcaravans.com.au/
By the end of the show they had 40 orders.
These are serious orders as a non-refundable deposit of 10% was required and the typical van is around $100-120k And I thought money was tight and getting tighter with these interest rate hikes and inflation

And I thought money was tight and getting tighter with these interest rate hikes and inflation It could be the baby boomers spending the kids inheritance. On another subject, I have noticed more than usual a higher number of late model caravans(models between 2020 to 2022) up for sale on market place and Gumtree. Maybe the covid caravaners didn't like camping and now going to motels and overseas holidays.

They may be doing what I did in the 60s bought and lived in the van for six years whilst saving up to buy a house.
Easier to pay off 120k than what some are willing to try and pay off. Also gives you flexibility for work options as well. Worked for me.
